What is Crossbow?

The first weapon the tutorial asks you to place. It shoots one target at a time. Upgrades raise its fire rate and damage and move it through color tiers. Level 6 has been seen as a red Crossbow. Players stack several of them against ordinary zombie waves.

What is the difference between Coins and Gems?

Coins pay for towers, farms, printers, door levels, and repairs during a match. Gems are the lobby currency used to hatch pets. An Epic pet roll has been shown at 50 Gems.

Where do I redeem a code?

Finish the opening house tutorial, then press RDM at the top left, next to settings. Paste the code into Enter code... and press the green Redeem button. Each code works once per account.

How do I unlock Hard mode?

Clear Easy mode. That awards the Easy Peasy! badge and opens the Hard mode portal in the lobby. Nightmare and Impossible are later difficulties with their own clear badges.
